Hi I’m Roya, MBACP, BA Hons., from Talking Art Studio. I am a person centred counsellor, who works creatively. My counselling space is based in a local arts centre, where I provide one to one confidential counselling. Sometimes in life we can lose our way in the struggles of relationships, anxiety, depression, family problems, low self esteem, work stress, illness or bereavement.
